You will enjoy our 27 ft Forest River Salem. Very comfortable with a TV, sofa and U shaped dinette. Plenty of AC and heat. All the comforts of home in the wild! The slide out gives you much more room! If it rains, you will still enjoy a game of cards or a good discussion in the camper. Full kitchen appliances with stove, microwave, and oven.

Plenty of sleeping space with a comfortable queen bed, two large bunks, a sofa that converts to a bed and a dinette that converts to a bed. The main bedroom is closed off by an actual door (Ummmm, just saying).

32" TV with a DVD player and regular antennae, in case it is raining. The TV also supports casting from your phone. Radio with bluetooth to inside and outside speakers.

Speaking of outside, there is a huge 18' canopy and we provide the rug. LED lights up at the canopy as well as LED lights under the trailer make for a great nighttime environment. Hey, if you add it we will provide the camp chairs.

Delivery is preferred, however an experienced driver and adequate vehicle can be approved. This is a fair sized camper so only take it on if your up for it. If you tow it we will provide a weight distributing hitch and if needed a brake controller (bluetooth). The special hitch makes it easier to tow.

Don't worry about the basic needs because that is taken care of. The camper comes fully stocked with a coffee maker, pans, cups, mugs, cups, paper plates, plastic utensils, mixing bowls, most every kitchen utensil, extra paper towels, camper toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap and cleaning supplies.
Linens and other things can be worked out with the owner! We are happy to accommodate when we can!

Rental from November to March will only be to those who will be towing it themselves and heading to warm weather. The camper is not designed to function in cold weather. A minimum rental of 4 weeks during the winter. Rates during that time are negotiable.

$500 refundable damage security deposit

Options:
$250-$350 flat delivery/set-up/tear-down fee depending upon location.
$150 tow it yourself (after approval). Includes weight redistribution hitch and Bluetooth brake controller.
$125 for portable generator filled with gas.

Renters are entitled to a full refund for all cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the rental start date. Renters are entitled to a 50% refund for all cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the rental start date. Less than 14 days prior to the rental start date, the booking is non-refundable.

Hey, treat it like it's yours. Wipe off your shoes before you enter the camper.

The Camper needs to be left how it was delivered--CLEAN! Sweep or vacuum it. Clean the stove and dining surfaces. Wipe out the shower and lavatory. Clear out all of your items from the refrigerator and cabinets. We will sanitize for next camper.

If you added the linen package, just pile everything on the floor and we will clean it for the next campers.

No Cats inside the trailer. Ok, we hate to be choosy but dang those cat hairs don't clean up and people are allergic to cat hair and dander.

Potty-trained/well-behaved pups are MOST welcomed, just make sure to follow the leash guidelines at any park you visit!

Please watch how full both the Gray Water & Brown Water Tanks get, if you are not on a full hook up be sparing with the water, please use the bathhouse on location.

Scout is the ideal camper for a two person get-a-way! (Or three people with the third person sleeping at the conversion table that turns into a bed...see pics!)

The camper comes fully stocked with a coffee maker, pans, cups, mugs, cups, paper plates, plastic utensils, mixing bowls, most every kitchen utensil, extra paper towels, camper toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap and cleaning supplies.

Scout can be rented for $115 per night with a $200 to $300 flat delivery/set-up/tear down fee, depending on location.

Big Julie is our second 2021 K-Z Sportsmen Camper. Featuring a single slide-out, this is 32-foot travel trailer. She boasts a deluxe kitchen, living and dining room that is sandwiched between a queen-sized master bed room and a bunk room on the other end of the trailer!
The master bed is a new and real bed. This room has its own smart TV on the bedroom wall. There is storage space on either side of the master bed as well as underneath.
The bunk room has two sets of bunks, one with oversized twin beds on the left and the other set of bunks are twins. This room includes a smart tv and storage in between the bunks as well as underneath both of bottom bunk beds.
The living room/dinning room area include a large amount of space for movement and living. This room also boasts a smart TV for rainy days and relaxation. Both the dining area and the couch convert into beds 7 and 8. One being an oversized twin bed, the other being a twin.
All of the TV's connect to an individuals device in order to stream your favorite movies or show. The sound system is Bluetooth compatible and is wired throughout, the cabin, including outdoors! The kitchen features a large sink, microwave, fridge, three-burner propane stove, oven and a large fridge/freezer. There is a large amount of storage space for all of your pantry items.
The bathroom is good sized with under cabinet storage, a bit of space for a towel bin next to the sink and a full shower.
This camper also features an outdoor kitchenette, complete with mini fridge, flat-iron grill and an outdoor shower.

Meet Ms. Pearl! This where it all started! During 2020, our family purchased our first camper. Pearl is our 2021 K-Z Sportsmen LE. boasting a single slide-out and 28-feet of travel trailer space. Delivery is preferred, however an experienced driver can be approved. A queen-sized master bed with curtain, bunkhouse model with oversized bunks that can sleep two kids or one adult each (up to 300 pounds). Dining area converts into a fourth bed, if desired. TV, DVD/CD player, radio with sound wired throughout, including outdoors! Kitchen features double sink, microwave, fridge, three-burner gas stove and oven. Bathroom is good sized with full shower. Pearl also has an Outdoor kitchenette, complete with mini fridge, flat-iron griddle and an outdoor shower.
